Just a little counter intuitive in my opinion. Maybe that can be addressed in a point release update. The other two systems we updated are not having this issue since the trial period was never used, but the same installer was used on all of them.

I have a thread going with Tech support now, but I wanted to say that reinstalling with the full version did not fix the problem. This doesn't make any sense to me. AFAIK, there is no "trial" version or "full" version. It's the same software, it just depends if you use a license code to activate it or not. We have the same problem on our symphony system. We had to use the trial version for a few days because Avid had a typo on our system ID in the versioner file.

That has been resolved but now we get the same error you are. I talked to avid support and they don't have a solution for me yet. The licensing is held in the settings folder. Delete everything but the ones that say default.
